Its reliable learned that Hon’ble CAT Ernakulam Bench has also granted stay on promotion of SDE through LDCE. Earlier, CAT Guwahati Bench & Chandigarh Bench has granted stays. Legal team is working hard to vacate the stay.

The stay granted by ernakulam CAT is only a conditional Stay
No Threat from Ernakulum CAT cases.

Both OAs came up today for considering interim prayer.

CAT granted no stay on OA 524/12 Joshy Das Y.S & Ors vs BSNL , but made the appointment subject to the outcome of the OA.

CAT granted a conditional stay on OA 547/12 S.Santhosh Kumar Vs BSNL for one month subject to the condition that if the Guawhati Bench stay is vacated this (EKM) stay will also get vacated.

So in effect the if Guawhati Bench stay is vacated BSNL can do the appointment. Now the constraint is Guawhatti Stay for which next hearing is on 7th August 2012

Its only a conditional stay linked to Guwhati. If Gwhati stay gets vacated it will also get vacated.

You guys are fooling around the members , collecting money and eating it up on the name of litigation, all these cases are bogus and posting will be issues soon .....

IS THE LDCE QUESTIONS & RESULT GENUINE BY GRANTING MARKS TO 9 QUESTIONS RATHER THAN GRANTING 9 MARKS TO ALL? CONGRATS THOSE WHO INITIATE FOR STAY
