Extension of Stay for DPC

On 4th Feb, our DoPT case for promotion from JTO to SDE listed, BSNL counsel argued for the lifting of the stay since entire DPC process was halted by this stay order and mentioned that the BSNL is scrupulously following the DoPT guidelines of 1:1 for promotion of JTO to SDE,( since same submission BSNL made in our Gr.A case). How ever judges did not convinced with the BSNL arguments and asked BSNL to file counter and posted the matter on 4th March 2011 with the extension of stay on promotion from JTO to SDE(T).
